Vision Modular Systems UK Ltd manufactures volumetric 3D structural modules for the Construction Industry to be used in sectors such as Hotels, Residential Apartment Buildings, and Student Accommodation.
The OTL bespoke OTL Ultimate Modular square grate wet room floor used by Vision Modular Systems UK Ltd is manufactured with built-in floor gradients and are pre-tanked in our factory so that only a secondary tanking process and the floor finish needs to be applied once in the Vision factory. This solution is beneficial for Vision Modular allowing them to reduce time at their factory, keeping in tight control of the construction programme.
The Valentine, Gants Hill
A purpose-built student accommodation development of 321 bedrooms with en-suites built in a T shaped block. It ranges in height from 3 to 10 storeys, and includes 269sqm of flexible, open plan communal areas including a café, cinema, gym, gaming rooms and private study areas.
OTL provided 31 bespoke square grate formers. Two different layouts were manufactured to accommodate different waste positions and to avoid clashes with underfloor obstacles.
Chapter, Lewisham – Block B
A development of 611 bed student accommodation units over 11 floors.
OTL provided 80 bespoke 24mm Ultimate Modular formers for Square Grate, ensuring that a number of apartments will be fully accessible, in accordance with the Equality Act 2010 (formerly known as the Disability Discrimination Act 1995).
