We are delighted to be working with M-AR (Module-AR Limited) once again, this time providing Level Access wet room floors for a couple of residential projects in Bromley.
Our Level Access wet room floors for vinyl sheet flooring create the perfect gradient for water to flow towards the gully, whilst providing step free access to the shower. To comply with Document M of the Building Regulations a percentage of the new homes within the development needed to be accessible or easily adapted to be accessible for the future.
Our formers are usually 24mm, however M-AR required the formers depth to be 22mm so that it tied in with the floor build up outside the bathroom. This request was not a problem for OTL, who were able to fulfil the design brief and maintain the gradient required for effective functionality.
